		<description>That is a great point.  I hear people in corporate america talking the talk of social networking and blocking them on their firewalls in the same breath.  My company has been talking about Commuities of Practice extensively over the last year, and yet all they use is VOIP conference call?!  This is the great advancement?</description>

I&#039;m reminded of something Matthew Brown wrote at Forrester a while back, and I&#039;m paraphrasing, &quot;Think of Web 2.0 as a Trojan Horse for KM.&quot;

Not sure if that helps you, but it has helped me demonstrate that KM can&#039;t be disconnected from enterprise search, ECM, innovation, talent initiatives, ITS, etc.
