		<description>Stuart - not at KMWorld, but I second your statement about "don't talk to me until you've tried the tools."

I'm reminded of something Matthew Brown wrote at Forrester a while back, and I'm paraphrasing, "Think of Web 2.0 as a Trojan Horse for KM."

Not sure if that helps you, but it has helped me demonstrate that KM can't be disconnected from enterprise search, ECM, innovation, talent initiatives, ITS, etc.
