Maybe this is what Twitter does with the next 50 million. Sue all their independent developers. Twitter created their own problems with Trademarks early in the piece however I've seen a few name changes recently. Eg Echofon which was Twitterfon. Hard to know what is next. I look forward to Dean's report on what Twitter's lawyers actually say.
