My theory is that "twitter" will trump or is that usurp "SIP" and "Skype" as the users signaling method for setting up calls. Plenty of discussion on a SkypeJournal post last week on SIP and signaling and whether Skype could move their whole platform to a SIP based approach. I'm not sure it is relevant. [...]
