These are my del.icio.us links for January 2nd from 15:12 to 15:23:

  • .@andyabramson re Ribbit Fluff – The Ribbit Brand name will never ever approach GoogleVoice – Andy goes after the year end Ribbit summary on where's the customers and the money. I hope that BTVoice actually emerges with a clear message for their enterprise customers for "Ribbit" as a brand is never likely to be a consumer play. Explaining to someone how you use GoogleVoice to replace your landline is easy. It sort of merges with Android and their mobile phones. Same technology re Ribbit effectively. It gets a no confidence vote. Shame perhaps. Still the facts.
  • The Facebookisation of the enterprise | Like the thoughtwork experiment. – Makes for a nice simple thought experiment. As pointed out in the comments it's the change in transaction costs that is really driving this. Organizations can no longer control it and must embrace no encourage the individual to bring their own extended toolkits and networks to creating value. It does bother me that this is called or referred to as Facebookisation.
