The contrast is clear. Microsoft is promoting product to an antagonistic audience and IBM is smoothly promoting customer realtionships and facilitating solutions. They are like chalk and cheese. Will Microsoft’s culture change in time?

Microsoft Dan’l Lewin: “Action is really at the edge of the network. These things are fundamental to where we are headed.” …. separately….. “The notion of identity. Whatever notion you choose they will all have to federate!”
